Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information on Augusta websites are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under state law and federal statutes including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act. AUGUSTA, GEORGIA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT USE OF THE SITE OR APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DATA OR MATERIALS TRANSMITTED USING THE SITE OR APP WILL BE SECURED OF PROTECTED. AUGUSTA, GEORGIA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR DEVICE OR LOSS OF DATA, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DATA BREACH, SECURITY BREACH, OPERATING SYSTEM VULNERABILITY. The user of this Site and App expressly waives and releases Augusta, Georgia from any claims related to use of this Site and App. The user agrees to hold Augusta, Georgia, its officers, employees, and agents harmless in the event of any loss, injury, or damages that occur to user or otherwise arise in connection with the use of the Site or App.

Any use of the materials stored on Augusta, Georgia’s websites is prohibited without the expressed written permission of Augusta, Georgia. Augusta, Georgia retains all intellectual property rights including copyrights on all text, graphic images, and other content. This means that the following acts or activities are prohibited without prior, written permission from the Augusta, Georgia:
1) modifying and/or re-using text, images, or other web content; 2) distribute Augusta, Georgia’s content for any purpose; 3) "mirror" of Augusta, Georgia’s information; 4) any resale or solicitation use of site or content; or 5) or any commercial or private reuse or broadcasting of content.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and any action arising out the use, operation, or functioning of the Site and App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia. The user agrees to submit themselves to the personal jurisdiction of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in connection with any such action.
If any provision in these Terms of Use is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
